The Housing Authority of the City of Kelso, Washington, and Board of Commissioners met in regular session at Kelso Housing Authority office at 1415 S 10th, Kelso WA 98626.

ROLL CALL: PRESENT, M. Johanson, M. Pitcher, S. Tinnoco, J. Collins, J Reece, Executive Director

ABSENT: : B. Wilson- Chairperson

The meeting was called to order by J. Collins

MINUTES: The minutes of the February 2014 meetings were presented. *****a motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the February 2014 meeting.

VOUCHERS: The Conventional Vouchers No 032826 through No 032893 totaling $35,470.71 for the month of March 2014 and Housing Choice Vouchers No 066190 through No 066318 totaling $ 120,909.09 for the month of March 2014 and Local Funds vouchers No 5815 through 5833 totaling $ 14,699.58 for the month of March 2014 and FSS Voucher Escrows No1045 through No1045 totaling $ 0for the month of March 2014 Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) for the month of $ 54,503.39

BOARD NARRATIVE

March 20, 2014

HUD Staff was here for SEMAP audit for FY 2012-2013. They also reviewed Finance and Public Housing Program. The Storage bids for Cowlitz Villa has been awarded to Five Rivers Construction. A letter of award has been sent and waiting for preconstruction meeting to be scheduled. Sealed bids for the Heater and Fans for Public Housing is due March 20 by 3:00 p.m. Financial Officer was hired and starts 3/10/2014. REAC has been scheduled for a visit on June 24 and 25 to check Public Housing properties.

OLD BUSINESS: Employee Drug Policy review

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Board went into Executive Session at 10:25 a.m. to discuss personnel issues per RCW 42.30.110 (f) Board came out of executive Session 10:35 a.m.
